The properties are situated in the along the French Eastern Pyrenees just above the Spanish border in the area known as Roussillon. Each property is within easy reach of the Mediterranean coast, the ski resorts of the Cerdagne and Spain. The area is itself part of a much older region called Catalonia which straddles the eastern end of the Pyrenees stretching from Bezier in the north to Barcelona in the south.
